I love chicken wings and look for different recipes to try. I prefer them baked and a little hot at times. I found an interesting recipe this morning and dragged out the wings.
Here's the recipe.
Preheat oven to 375*

3 lbs. wings
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 cup honey
1 clove of garlic minced (I used 2. I love garlic)
2 tbsp corn starch

Combine all ingredients (except wings) into a sauce pan.
Boil until sauce thickens.

Place wings in a baking dish and cover with sauce.
Cover the dish and bake for 1 hr.
Uncover and bake for an additional 15 min.

Pic shows wing after 1 hr. The additional 15 mins. caramelizes the sauce.
Holy crap these are good.

Got any recipes for wings? Post them if you got em.

I like traditional Buffalo Wings with a garlic twist.

Wash, dry wings & cut into sections (make chicken broth from them tips for gumbo or ?) Allow to air dry some.
Bring good frying oil to 325º to 350º
Fry wings 15 minute +/- until skin is crispy

1/3rd Butter
2/3rds Frank's Red Hot
Garlic, Heeping Tea Spoon per cup or so of sauce

Melt butter
Add garlic & lightly brown, but do not cook too long
Add Frank's & simmer / stir until it is combined and thickened some

For hotter sauce, add Louisiana Brand, it is hotter than Frank's. For really hot sauce substitute Lousiana completely. For fire hot add habanero sauce.
