Semi auto trigger question

've got the trigger installed on my Rom G. The trigger functions fine. The problem is the safety. Sometimes I have to move the trigger forward to engage the safety. I think I know what the problem is but before I do anything with the trigger I decided I would ask first.

I'm guessing it was the legs on the hammer spring or the disconnector. Mayber the OP will let us know...
