3BUCC Brass Catcher Mod

Just got a http://www.3bucc.com/ brass catcher and have to say it has to be one or the best catchers I have ever seen.
The catcher I got is for a flat top but was for a AR and not anything with a side charge handle.
But I was not going to send it back for that.I cut a small section of metal frame to make a
section open to let the charge handle clear.
The mounting is so sturdy that it made no difference cutting this section out.
Emailed 3BUCC to see if they would consider making a model like this.
Will try it out today and see how it works out.

I wonder if he brass will come flying out of that tiny hole?

I doubt it will on the Sig.It throws brass to the front not the rear.
Besides brass will be slung out while the charge handle is over the little hole.
And if by chance one does it would still be better that hunting them down at 30 feet.
Will be trying it out today.
