Got me a new underfolder

Sold my GP WASR 10 and bought a new WASR 10/63 underfolder. I love it! It does look and feel a bit nicer than my old WASR did, but shoots just the same. I did have to clean out the gun a lot more than my old one before I could shoot it. The chamber was full of nasty cosmoline a lot more than the old one. The underfolding stock is pretty nice considering its a WASR from Century. Locks up tight and looks great.

I really like the U/F stock, am about ready to build a Polish U/F to replace the one I had to sell a couple of years back.

Congrats on your new underfolder. As those here who know me, know that I like underfolders. There was a time a few years ago when the planets and stars lined up just right and I posted a group photo of many of my underfolders.

Might have to try to find the photo but need to check with my brother Hubble to see if the stars are lined up right. :D:biggrina:

Congrats on the new underfolder!!! I love the one I have...'cept for the finish on the handguards...pulled them off, sanded, stained and laquered them and now they are in "Russian Red"...makes a huge difference!!!

So what makes this a 10/63? Is that what's on the box? Just wondering. I've got a Rommie underfolder on order - WASR. But SOG doesn't list them as 10/63 models...

And you're going to wish you didn't sell your standard WASR... :)
