Been looking at these and have read mixed reviews.

Sportsmans Warehouse had free shipping for orders over $100 and even though, with my gift cards it only ran about $80, I still got the free shipping.

Figured I'd try this style out and see how I like it. If it works well I'm thinking about adding a Becker BK-3 "Tac Tool".

Not my cup of tea, I like to have a much finer point, but I see how one of those could be rather handy in certain situations.

Tracking says it should be here today. This will be my first knife in this particular patern/design and my first chisel grind blade. Not sure it'll be my cup of tea either but thought I'd take a chance and check it out.

It was waiting for me at lunch. I do need to correct the above comment I made. This knife is a standard bevel. Guess I was thinking about the Becker which is a chisel grind.

First impression is that it's a pretty cool blade. Nice heft, decent balance, fairly sharp and feels pretty good in the hand. The serrations, don't know what type to call them are sharp and might do some good depending on the intended use. I kind of like it. Not enough to pay full retail of course but for $80 delievered it's not bad.
