Good luck with that! Those cones are the rarest flash hider money can buy! Last time I saw one was on a complete National Match Legend.

It's been three years or more since I saw one on gunbroker and IIRC it went for over $300...

I've asked at least three people that said they were going to build muzzle devices if they would consider that design and I think one person did a prototype and they never went to market...
