WHAT DOES "CLEO" MEAN ?

I've read the instruction on how to get your C&R license; but there is one thing I don't understand. What does the abbreviation "CLEO" mean ?? .. thanks, taztime

CLEO means;

Chief Law Enforcement Officer.

I belive this is often your county Sherrif.

I belive this is often your county Sherrif.

Can also be Chief of Police and I believe you can even go to your District attorney. Who ever is the head of the law enforcement agency that you would call for something at your home.
