PA-63 & HP ammo

Has anyone ever fired 9x18 HP ammo through a PA-63 handgun

ive fired some shitty off brand, im thinking it might have been silver bear. it looked like a slug of lead with copper foil wrapped around it and folded up at the hollow point.

ive also fired some hornaday defense rounds, with a real, normal looking bullet.

those are the only 2 kinds of hp rounds ive ever found for it, both fed, fired, and ejected fine. only problem is finding them.

The ones I have (Silver Bear) I bought by accident and haven’t had a chance to fire/test them yet and wanted/needed some feedback

If they work well in my PA-63 then I will use them for self defense and use the FMJ for practice

Silver Bear HP works fine in my CZ-82.

The ammo is fine, you'll just want to shoot some to make sure it feeds in your gun.
