Didn't RedJacket get it's license pulled for a similar but way smaller situation?

YUP they did and now when you watch the show remember that the owner and daughter are actually "employees" of the company and not the FFL holders.

Puts on a differrent spin when you watch the show.

A good friend of mine lost their FFL because they couldn't account for a few firearms. Being Human and forgetting that if you return a firearm and don't request it back, like a dealer who can't sell an item and returns it to the manufacturer or distributer, and you forget to take it off the books, does that count as a missing firearm?

yes it does because you cant account for where it went. the ATF is unforgiving for missing firearms.
