I have owned gun since January of this year. To date:
It originally had problems ejecting, and stove piped horribly every few rounds. I sent it back to E.C.P. & W (builder) who claimed they hand cycled 4 mags through it and found no problems, so they sent it back. I DID have them install the correct bayo lug on it while they had it though.
When I got it back, I followed the advice offered on here and carefully recontoured the front reciever rail, which fixed the stove pipe issue. After the fix, I've had 300 rds with no stove pipes at all. NOW, the bolt occassionally hangs up at the rear of the reciever, and needs a slight nudge with your hand to chamber the next round. This is MAYBE 1/10 rounds, sometimes 1/20 rounds. I was going to install a buffer to see if that would fix it, but decided to wait and run a few hundred more rounds out of it to see if it loosened up more. Today, I ran into another issue. The firing pin has a piece of debree or something stuck in the channel, and i cannot for some reason getthe retainer pin out. Had the last 8 rounds at the range missfire, with light primer hits. I have decided to give up on the rifle, and sell it at a loss to someone who wants a psl. It is an awesome rifle, and is very accurate. Bore has no rust, and I have maintained it religiously and cleaned it well after every range trip. Frankly, I have just lost patience, and want to move on. I believe it just needs the fp removed, the channel cleaned, and it should be back to normal.
Gun comes with 1 ten rd mag, and the original PSO1 scope pictured. Will ship in black hard case. I am keeping the sling, bayonet, and oiler. I WILL SHIP THE GUN TO YOUR DEALER, SO MAKE SURE HE HAS NO ISSUES WITH THAT. GUN WILL SHIP UPS GROUND. PRICE LISTED INCLUDED SHIPPING.
I would really like in trade a Century Yugo m70AB2 or m70B1 in the 1.5 mm reciever. Maybe a Polish underfolder, or Romanian AES10B with wood stock. I also would request pics beforehand. Depending on condition of the rifle offered, and what is offered, I might go rifle for rifle. Cash or extras might be needed to balance out the deal.
I really hate to see it go, but I just want to move on.
