I would have to second Surplus Ammo (http://surplusammo.com/). They have a couple of different lowers that I believe are made by the same place. One has the Surplus Ammo logo and costs about $80, the other is made by AERO Percision and costs about $90. I really like mine and have heard only good things about them.
