Anyone got a list of the States that are NFA friendly?

Not sure if it's that simple? VA is fine with NFA however, in my area we have or had a sheriff in a county who would not sign off on supressors, another sheriff would not sign off on FA. While a state may be "NFA friendly" so to speak you may still find the local hurdles difficult to overcome without major effort.

the county i live in in arizona the sheriff will sign the papers but he is slow.so in 07 i formed a living trust and run title II firearms thru the trust.no fingerprints,no pictures and no sign off needed by the sheriff.

Texas is good to go. Our Sheriff, Dee Anderson, gets the paperwork back fast. Only problem is, Hondo lives here. I've been thinking of getting a FA to protect my zebra herd from that bastard.:biggrina:

mines a revocable living trust,no llc assignment.
