Welcome to the forum!!

That's a Yugo 59/66 SKS. Depending on condition I'd say $175.00 is a good deal.

That is more than a good deal for the money...

How much do they usually cost?

Hello from Kingman, AZ. and Welcome Aboard! The Yugo SKS's are great and I think they usually go for $250-300. Use non-corrosive 7.62X39 ammo.

Thank you good sir for taking your time to reply, I will definitely buy it then.

Welcome to Gunsnet.net. As stated that is a Yugoslav made SKS rifle in 7.62x39 chambering. It will not have a chrome line bore so as stated already, avoid corrosive ammo. Yugoslav surplus military ammo is corrosive in this chambering. Stick to Russian made ammo and if you can find it Golden Tiger brand is one of the best. The price is as stated presently, closer to 3 bills now. They were a lot cheaper 10 years ago, but that was then and this is now.

I think the guy is ripping me off, he sent me two pictures and said that the SKS is now 400 >.< but its an unissued one.

IMO, not worth 4 bills. SKS rifles for $200 or less are a good deal, once they go over that IMO they are not worth it. I'd put the money into an AK variant for 4 bills, but you won't find much in that price range anymore. Going to need to pony up $600+ for a good AK.

For reference purposes, I paid $300 for an unissued Yugo 3-4 years ago. I thought the price was high, but could handle the gun, and see what I was getting for the money.
