With a local address I was getting excited about possible face to face. Upon further checking, maybe not.

Forgive me for not knowing, but is that a laser designator or one of those things that can actually knock down satellites?

Is it my imaganation or is the slant break up side down? Carabiners to attach the sling? On top of the thing on the top. No cleaning rod it looks like and, is the top cover button broken off?

Just went to the auction, and it has been pulled, with the photos removed. Yes the slant brake was upside down, but the big thing about the rifle itself was that nasty third axis pin.

You can have it if it was legally registered as a machine gun, it is after all, a machine gun receiver.

A few got registered under the last ATF amnesty...but not many. It is just a 7mm and opposing 5mm hole (properly placed) and a small cut in the rails for the disconnector.
