Beautiful rifle, but not a pre-ban (sorry). The fact that the original model number was marked out with "M-90" written above it makes it one of those "caught in port" rifles.

Still, one I wouldn't mind having in my collection!!!

The way I understand it, they just changed the name and got a different importer even though Mitchell is still stamped on the rifle. At the time ATF really had no idea what Bush1 wanted, and since part of his fear was the name of the rifle, this one was allowed in with just the name change.

Pretty sick what Bush1 did to all of us.
