My Yugo M70 is jamming!

I have a Yugo M70 and it keeps stove piping, I have cleaned it , oiled it lightly, but still having this issues every 20 rounds or so...any help?

What brand of ammo? Do you have any kind of rubber bupper installed in it? Are you using any US Made Polymer magazine like Promag or Tapco? My answers will depend on how you answer these questions as really your post contains nothing of any use in diagnosing your issue.
