In the menu bar, second line of menu selection click "forum actions"--->"edit profile" scroll down, on the left pick edit avatar and pick or upload an avatar...

Honestly "quality wise" $750 is @ what an Arsenal AKM should cost.

Unfortunately they don't come that cheap often. It's hard to find them for less than 1k in these parts.

If you've got the $ I'd say "go for eet"!
