Being new to the AK game I am struggling to make a decision on my first AK. Based on what is available right now, which is not a ton given the recent election, I have pretty much narrowed it down to these to options:

1) a converted Saiga sporter by Century Arms or
2) a local Inter Ordnance Polish import.

Both seem very good, but the IO has the classic wood furniture and looks like a typical AK and was made at the Radom, Poland plant just with the 922 parts added, while the Saiga conversion has some plastic furniture that would take some work to change (especially forend), no cleaning rod, non-removable flash suppressor, etc. BUT its a Saiga.

Both are about the same price, so thats not a consideration. I am looking to pull the trigger soon. What do y'all think the best way to go would be? Thanks for the input!
