Looks like it would be considered a pistol.

if it's 26" or more it's not an AOW.

no stock so it's not a rifle or SBR.

2 pistol grips so it's not a "pistol"

shit is retarded.

Not subject to NFA if OAL remains over 26" and the gun is not concealed on a person.

Weird.

They could have just removed the front grip and called it a pistol.

This way they can sell it in Cali on a technicality, or at least that's what they're are saying.

We'll se how it plays out. This doesn;t make a whole lot of sense for most people, but that would be a hillarious run around the Cali restrictions.

An SB AR with TWO evil pistol grips capable of accepting hi-capacity magazines? I'm pretty sure Barbara Boxer is afraid that one of these lives under her bed. :lool:

so, heres how this plays out.

they petitioned the atf, and got a letter that it was legal.

now, everyone and thier brother who sees this, will want to add a second pistol grip to their pistol. but, of course, they wont beleive what they saw on the internet, so they will all be writing letters to the atf asking if this is legal. then, some fuktard atf agent responds to some fuktard letter writer that this is not legal, then that "decision" circulates, and thats the end of this firearm.

Thompson back in the day used to have this type of set up but called them pistols.
The ATF didn't like it and told them to stop.
They had 13" barrels.
Khar Arms makes them now but theirs don't have a forward grip.
