Blue mag ppouch with Romainian AK

Just bought another Romainian AK47 from J&G Prescott, standard WASR10/63M; however, this one came with a bright blue magaziene pouch. Rather than the standard OD green every other Romainian AK that everyone I know and myself have bought. Question is, WHY DID THIS RIFLE COME WITH BLUE POUCH?
I want a real reason, was it police, Navy issue, or even UN accessory? Its bothering the heck out of me.

Seriously, we need an image to help figure out what you have. There are numerous possibilities. Could be some honor guards gear. If it's sky blue / baby blue it might be UN related.
