Huerta says on the 30 seconds spot that I'm entitled to safe housing and transportation. On the 60 second spot, she says that employer provided housing and transportation must be safe. Okay, so I understand there's probably some law out there that an employer MUST provide SAFE housing and transportation if the employer chooses to provide such amenities, I don't know all the laws.

What surprised me is that the DoL says "whether documented or not" you're entitled to a fair wage, etc.

No, you morons, undocumented workers are only entitled to a ride back to where they originated. They are not entitled to a minimum wage, they are not entitled to anything here in the US. That is reserved for the citizens. The employer should be going to jail for employing them. The employer should be prosecuted for paying less than the minimum wage.

I thought THAT was what the DoL was to be there for, but then again, I thought I was living in a country that welcomed people to come here...LEGALLY!

Pretty pathetic really. If there is a government agency that is somewhat equipped to identify illegals it is likely the department of labor mixed with the IRS. Agents of both are supposed to uphold the US constitution along with Federal laws and to a degree the state laws where they are supervising activities.

Employers that hire em have broken the law, the owner or Board of directors of the corp should be charged to the maximum extent by law.

And how about if we go back to "illegal alien" instead of this PC bullshit of "undocumented workers" it takes too much effort to type.

I also highly recommend that 800 acres down there that citizens are no longer allowed to enter because it is too dangerous to protect be turned into a huge shooting range with some 2000 meter birms for the .50 bmg guys to safely shoot, a sign every 1/4 mile that says "live fire shooting range do not enter" and just quit worrying about that damn fence idea, once the bodies start stacking up the deterant factor will rise ten fold.
