Anyone deal with AA-OK?

I ordered parts from them several weeks ago.

Their customer service seems to be non-existent. They have never acknowleged my order and their website has shown for these several weeks that my order is "processing".

No replys to email or phone messages.

Did I make a mistake?

10 or so years ago they were one few parts houses out there, IIRC it's a one man operation now. My guess is that your items are out of stock. Don't know what to tell you about that. Did they charge your card?

Yes, they charged my card. Wasn't a lot of money but still ...

He/they have a nice website ... just poor service.
