ak reciever blank

I ordered an AK reciever blank from 44mag.com and I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not I could use an ak74 parts kit on it or if it will have to be an ak 47.
While on the subject who has the best prices on parts kits barrel included, this being if they ever get in stock anywhere

The receiver flat should be good. The only difference is the ejector on the left side bolt guide rail is a little longer for the 5.45x39 than it is for the 7.62x39

It is already bent and has the magwell cut out as well as holes for the trigger group but nothing else. Where can I get a template to put on there to drill the holes, but I am guessing I would have to know the type of AK kit to be used with the reciever right?
