How is this possible unless you are a FFL holder?

You are telling someone who has had an 01 FFL and currently hold a 03 FFL. I am aware of that more than most.

I am still curious as how he got the Draco in the mail.

slams saying how did your ffl dealer mail it to you? you have to pick it up from your ffl holder. its illegal to mail firmarms. unless you yourself has an ffl.
