Redirect to DHS. Civilians don't need that ammo, tell everyone it is defective, and then ship it to the government for their safety.

I was thinking that the ammo might be the dangerous kind where the primer tends to ignite the propellant and send a separate projectile down a long tube causing it to exit that tube at high velocities with devastating effects on whatever object happens to be aligned with that tube exit.

I always try to stay away from that stuff. Dangerous.
