Hey guys,

I am new here.

I have had a polytech national match legend for many years now. I live in Long Island, NY.

I have three crates of surplus 7.62x39 ammo in wooden crates (M67 yugo surplus). 1260 rounds per case. I am looking to get rid of two of them. I want to sell them locally and not get involved with shipping. Is this the correct forum or is there another forum on this site?

Thanks!

Welcome to the group !!! :welcome:

Judging by the forum titles, I suggest listing it in both these:

http://www.gunsnet.net/forumdisplay.php?12-FOR-SALE-or-TRADE-Gun-Parts-amp-Accessories

http://www.gunsnet.net/forumdisplay.php?13-FOR-SALE-or-TRADE-Miscellaneous-Gun-Stuff

By the way, where on The Island are you? Spent my later childhood in Hempstead and teen years in Old Bethpage.

Is that ammo corrosive? If not, I might be interested in buying it. Why are you selling it?

Welcome! I'd say that listing it here on the "for sale" forum and on Armslist

Yes goes in classifieds and yes it's corrosively primed ammo. Brass cased - if it's Yugo.

If it's in a tan box yes it's corrosive. If it is in a white box 15 rounds to the box and 1990's dated, probably not corrosive.
