View Full Version : Anyone have any idea where to find a 1911 holster that accommodates a rail w/light?

My XSE has a built in light rail and I'd like to have both a shoulder rig and a conventional worn on the hip holsters to accommodate that set up. I may not keep a light on it all the time, but it would be nice to be able to. I have a holster that works for hip wear, sans light, but that's it.

This link might help you find something that might work.

That's certainly the configuration I'm thinking about, tho the one in the link doesn't look big enough to accommodate a 1911. Nor is a Colt 1911 (or anyone's 1911) listed in the guns covered drop down menu.

I also looked through several of the offerings Steve linked to. All the ones I've looked at thus far accommodate a railed 1911, but not one with a light actually attached.

Thanks for the help guys, I'll just keep looking or forget the light deal altogether.
