I don't know why this commercial for the Discover Card makes me laugh every time I see it.

A couple of weeks ago I had a problem upgrading my Laptop's Win 7.
I talked to two men with a Middle Eastern accent, then two ladies with Hispanic accents, then another guy with a Middle Eastern accent. I finally told him that the people at Redmond needed to get their act together.
I was then connected to a man who's native language appeared to be English.
The problem was solved in five minutes. After THREE HOURS talking to the UN.
That commercial is not a joke!!!
It's true to life!!!!
