Because clearly those "evil base toters" with their "killer monster mags" are more dangerous than sex offenders...

If the court system acts there, like it does here, the only ones who truly have to worry about doing jail time are those who are normal, law-abiding citizens. Repeat offender, gangbangers, who get caught with something like that, are usually charged with a lesser crime, while dropping the more serious gun-related crimes.

Moral of story: If you're a law-abiding citizen, you're screwed; if you're a career criminal, these gun laws laws don't apply to you.

If the legislatures in this country keep passing unconstitutional laws then what they are going to get from the people in the long run is a disregard for all laws.

That is a dangerous path to take us down.

I agree with this. They are eroding their own legitimacy.

This state has been led by libtards for so many years that these laws actually make sense to the present regime.

There is a current lawsuit against the "Safe" act. There is also a court order that requires the state to prove the Constitutionality of the act by 29 April, or else an injunction will be issued.

The "Safe" act is still in place, but the fight isn't over.
