$90 Spam Can

Can any of you guys tell me something I don't know about these markings. I believe I have russian made 70's era light ball steel core. Am I right/wrong/insane/stupid or otherwise?

You have a can of Bulgarian ammo made on the 6 th month, 78th day of 1971. It is light ball, should be very nice ammo. The double circles with the 10 in it is the Bulgarian Arsenal marking. Oh and .... welcome to Gunsnet!
