You gotta think some editor is sitting there saying "Blood sells papers, but too much gore and they won't buy"

Makes me wonder if they don't have it down to the point where they have some mathematical formula as to how much gore sells how much vs the tipping point where people no longer want it on their lap.

Sometimes it's a sick, sad world.
