Do TV ads sway your buying trends ?

....most of us buy according to knowledge of product , price or even need , however Madison ave. is now gearing to a new level ....taking sexy to a whole new acceptance !

....and sales are up from these techniques ! Don't think the nightly news isn't using these mind-changing ideas to sway anti-gun fence straddlers to re-think their positions . While you and I love most gun programs , TV viewers often see the cast on these programs as idiots and gun-nuts ! Just like deer hunting shows began showing "the kill" several years ago (this was done to ugly-up hunting to the average non-hunter) ....little inuendos are how public sentiment changes ....

Playing with fire wouldn't be fun without the risk of burns.

One thing is sure , those 100 pound models don't stay looking like that by eating double bacon cheeseburgers!

And yes, I'd eat them and the burgers, no tricks needed.

very, very seldom watch tv. That being said i have always known they are practiced in the art of deception.
so anytime i see an ad I know they are seeking to trick.

M. Douglas has a point in this vid @ 3:55.
You do get tricked every time you buy a burger. They NEVER look like the pic on the menu....NEVER.

So is this like that time when you went on the rant about how awful pizzahut pizza was vs the stuff from a local shop, then the picture you used to show how awesome local pizza was came from pizzahut's website?

Do TV ads sway your buying trends ?

Maybe? That would explain why I keep buying these Always "Ultra Thin" Maxi Pads (with Wings*, *tm.).

You do know that's a silly question though, right?

If advertising didn't get people interested in products, companys wouldn't spend millions of dollars for just a 30 second window in which to try and get your attention.

Yes the ads do effect my buying, in fact i absolutely refuse to buy a hamburger if the counterchick does not look like the models in their TV ads.

You must live in a nice area.

Subtract some teeth, add some bullet scars, make them black, and give them a bad attitude and now you know what its like to eat at a Hardee's in Charleston.
