Obviously a good sized cigar.

With a beautiful band.

Draw was good, no construction issues. I had smoked one of these when I ordered the Flor de las Antillis, so I knew what they were about. They are quite good, eventually. These are in the same boat the La Aroma's are, they need some humidor time. The first 3rd was bland and woody, then it got better and finished off nice. I've stashed these and will revisit them this winter.

*sigh*

No, 1922 refers to the year that Don Pepin Garcia's father was born.

Itorlo, do you smoke cigars?

No. Last time I tried was about 25 years ago. We were smoking cigars after pulling in from an underway on a submarine to celebrate the birth of a shipmates baby. We were bringing on shore power and I was taking down some material above my head to assist with this. I had the cigar in my mouth and burned my bicep pretty badly. I took that as a sign and haven't smoked another one since. Now they are just not appealing to me.
