Fresh caught walleye and crappie. There aren't supposed to be crappie in this lake but we caught two nice black crappies last night. I about fell out of the boat when I pulled it in. Crappie are one of my favorite fish to catch/eat. You never kinow how many 50 bluegill are until you have to clean them. Good dating though.....chris3

you got that right bud!!! cleaning is not fun but the rewards are outstanding!!! i love some CRAPPIE!!!!! caught about 20 or so last weekend when we were waiting to check our limb hooks ant trot lines

can/o/soup.

how are you cleaning those blue gill? crappie you can push the scales off with a little high pressure water.

I scale bluegills and fillet them. Dip in beer batter and deep fry. Goes well with lots of cold beer. Fishing has sucked this week but FIL caught 14 bluegills this afternoon. We are in a big bug hatch so most fish aren't biting right now.....chris3

I think I'm going to try to make that Turkish stuffed eggplant this weekend. Looks pretty dang good!
