Wideners has PRVI 9mm in stock but they are selling the 115gr by the 1000rnd case.

Their only other option is 158gr by the box of 50. I like the PRVI products and find them to similar to S&B as far as economical ammo goes. I have never had a problem with either. but never thought of shooting more than 123gr in my 9mm pistols

Can I shoot this in my hand guns such as CZ75 compact and CZ99? A quick search shows it to be 940fps range, subsonic???

FYI Centerfiresys has some blazer brass and Tula steel case (9mm/.40/.45) for comparable prices.

If you like the PRVI ammo, what is wrong buying it by the case? That is how I normally buy my ammo, but that is just my 2 cents.

As for 158 grain 9mm, this is the first I have ever heard of that bullet weight.

Really just topping up on some handgun ammo that I don't shoot that often 7.62x25/.32/.380/.25 and especially the 9mm. I know, 9mm not shot often just doesn't sound right.... The case price is $320 +s&h. With three little ones 10-3yrs, private school and health insurance up +20% each year the past 5 years I'm trying to be a bit frugal and contain my habits of old. I haven't been to the range for an old fashioned field day in a while, when we go to the woods we mostly shoot rifles and our carry pistols.

I'm concerned more with the 158gr operation from a recoil, slide and ejection perspective. I have no problem with a slow heavy lumbering 9mm round if it doesn't damage or mess with the semi-auto operation...

it's only 11 grains heavier then a 147. I have an old reloading manual with 158 grain 9mm loads in it, so it's not unheard of, just very uncommon

New manufacture PRVI from Serbia I would presume. Never shot anything other than 115gr and 123gr 9mm

If I remember correctly IMI and GECO used too offer this load.

For obvious reasons, it is very popular with can owners.
