Looks like something my wife would threaten to use on me when I misbehave.

Well, that would be quite something!

Novel idea I'll grant. Instead of slicing or punching one large hole that gizmo swiss cheeses the smoke. Interesting.

Well, I dunno, I see no reason why it wouldn't work. I guess a guy would have to smoke a stick punched in this way to see if it was a good idea.

I can see how on the big bore 60 ring jobs, it might be just the ticket. :)

You have to remember not to twist when you, uh, stick it in.
It's kinda weird. It worked ok for me one time, next time I ended up nipping off the cap.

Yeah, kinda gimmicky. Solution to a non-existent problem. I think for $25 I'll pass.

Heck, I still don't have a v-cutter. ;)

I do like this xikar cutter I got a while back tho.

I hear perfing maintains the integrity of the wrapper and keeps you from getting little bits of tobacco in your mouth.

But heck, y'all are hearing this from a guy who has no problem wit little bits of tobacco or keeping pocket knife sharp enough to stand in when my little guillotine cutter isn't around.

It also looks like you could do the same job with a sharp nail and a steady, patient hand.

In a pinch I've been known to just bite the cap off. ;) It's kinda like drinking straight from the bottle, not what you'd do given better circumstances, but a lot better than doing without!

Heathens! :lool: I've bit em off, cut em off with a knife...all worked fine. One method I liked when no one had a cutter was to use a sharp knife and cut an X into the cap. No raggedy bits and a nice draw. Very clean.

I used scissors while spending a week at Bennett one year. ;) Whatever it takes!

Yeah! Real Men just bite the tip off (extra points if you use it for chaw) or hack the end off with a K Bar!

I had a Xikar scissor cutter. It was great but not very robust. Fuckin thing just fell apart after a couple years. I now have one like yours. Very nice.

I always wondered about those things. They look cool as hell but I wondered if they cut well.

The one I have now I like, it's very sharp and gives a clean cut, but I've had it outside a lot and the blades are trying to rust. :smiley_freak:
