First time seeing those, only norinco ones I'm familiar with is the copper washed and they're in the yellow box. I'm sure our Chinese experts like rusbirch or aknut will let you know if they're any good. One thing for sure is that they're no longer imported here.

Thanks for the reply. I've heard from Russ and I've reached out to Gary.

If the case is chocolate brown lacquer it should be noncorrosive but Steel cored, (though not hardened steel core). I had a case of it in the green box dated 1990, the bullet is a boat tail being steel core. The steel being less dense than lead allowed for a longer boat tail round. These were very accurate or at least the case of ammo I had was. It commonly would deliver 2 MOA out of my SA85M Hungarian. Value, well that's a wide subject. If steel cored it can demand and fetch a buck a round from some people. I sold mine off when Obama got elected in 2008 and got 75 cents a round from an ammo dealer at a show. If you can get it for 35 cents a round consider yourself to have stolen it.

I like it better than the Russian stuff. I really stocked up when it was $75 for 1200 rounds.
