They haven't released much info at this time. On the car radio there were questions from reporters asking if the woman was Somali so evidently she was black. Was supposed to have had a 1 year old kid in the car with her.

Among them was New York Congressman Charlie Rangel, who said his first thought was that it related to the partial government shutdown currently gripping Washington.
