Hopefully it means its not loaded with a half charge of powder like wolf is.

I see it comes in lacquered steel, like the new Brown Bear. I'm glad the green lacquer is making a comeback.

Military grade Soviet era ammo was the reason Kalashnikov mandated his rifles to have chrome lined barrels, highly corrosive.

To me using the term "military grade" is like calling a rifle tactical or mil-spec. Usually a term used to justify the cost.

I took a look, I don't see it like you're saying they are all green lacquer even under 200 zoom. That said, Klimovsk arsenal ammo has always been one of the better ones especially when benchmarked against Wolf brand. I would not hesitate to purchase this ammo if I needed it.
