Spotted an SVT-40 tonight

Saw a Taco Bell commercial about their $5 box where this armed group gets out of the back of a truck and goes through the rubble. the lead guy has an SVT-40. Can't get a good enough look at the others to see if they are C&R or not. Kind of neat to see something like this.

Here's the video. Looks like another guy has a French Berthier musketoon.

I love to spot C&R stuff on TV. Saw a Mosin on Lost once, in addition to what I believe were SKS's and Makarov's.

LOL, I've seen that commercial several times and never noticed the SVT.

Nor did I the first time. They show some kind of Star Wars looking rifle at first and I didn't really pay attention. The commercial came on again about an hour later and I caught the SVT-40 then when I found the video and looked again I thought I say the Berthier carbine. Might be a 98 Mauser in there too.
