Cool but certianly not worth that price. I want to say that was about what I paid for my PKM. PKM or DP-28 uh... I think I would go with the PKM.

You can build your own semi for less than $1k.

If i had the extra $$ to toss right now I could re-build one into a closed bolt semi for about $600 total and maybe 10-15 hours of labor.

I did a search here before starting the thread to see if someone had already posted this stuff. What I did find was that Apex Gun Parts posted links to the kits they had in stock too. Still there: https://www.apexgunparts.com/product_info.php/cPath/103/products_id/1495 and even cheaper than MGS to boot.

As H.Keller says, someone could make some money building these if they wanted.

you can repair barrels that are demilled , it's not rocket science. Just eats up some time/tools.

IIRC I paid $3200 for Large Marge

They're running $4300 now but the barrels are new manufacture instead of NOS military.
