Help identify mag pls

Ok guys i read the sticky but still do not know what type of mag this is. All i know is that it will click into my mak90 milled but bolt will not clear the mag and will not cycle.Could this be 223 ? also a single stack so real sloppy. Will cycle without rounds in mag but put 7.62 in and will jam up when trying to chamber. will only go half way back about like if you had safety on. here are some pics

I believe that is a mag for the single stack Romanians, like the as-imported WASR-10. As you found, it will not function in the MAK-90 as the pickup in a bolt for a single stack rifle is narrower than the standard bolt. The bolt for a normal double stack mag is therefore too wide to pass through the single stack mag.
