When I was a kid I liked Kevin Costner's movie but looking at it as an adult...some of the "one line acting" seems a bit cheesy. With Crowe's movie I think the acting is better and he does a good job in showingthe perspective a medieval fighter, and how men liked that viewed the turmoil in their world. On this I would have to say Crowe's acting the movie as a whole was the better of the two.

Best Robin Hood would be Cary Elwes.

Personally I think King Barack is a better Robin Hood with the way he is stealing from the "haves" to give to the "have nots". :smiley31:

Both were good movies and both excellent actors, but I prefer the lighter version with Costner.
