That makes two of us. I have been looking for about 2 years. I found this at Numrich, (http://www.gunpartscorp.com/ad/1148510.htm#1148510A) but it will not work. There is no collar on the locking knob so they will not work. Just in case you find them yourself. I also just found this page, (http://www.gunpartscorp.com/ad/214230.htm#444140B) which may be more useful. I think I will order one on tomorrow night and see if it works any better.

Dan, I ordered this one (http://www.gunpartscorp.com/ad/214230.htm#444140B). Just arrived today and it fits just right. I haven't gotten to take it to the range yet but from what I have been experiencing, getting one to fit is the hardest part. If you are still looking for one, I would try it.
