Link didn't take me to a poll.

I voted (lower right on page), but ALL cnn polls are rigged. I've seen FreeRepublic and a dozen gun sites hitting a poll and the side they were voting on did not move or moved every three to five votes.

Should children be allowed to learn to shoot guns under adult supervision?
No 65%
Yes 35%

Looks like most voters want children to be allowed to learn to shoot guns "without" adult supervision :)

Good translation.

That's just stupid. I think adult supervision is important, so I voted yes.

I think it's a good idea for children to try to work things out on their own, but there are times when adult supervision is best.

Why let them waste round after round not even hitting the target, when a bit of teaching proper technique in the first place will save resources?

Seriously, if nothing else, do it for the planet!

Also, there might be some safety concerns ;)

I hit it, question was very poorly chosen on their part. What fool would not want an adult around when a kid is just learning to shoot?

So far there are 311 respondents. Not a very well advertised poll. For the record I voted yes. My daughter fired a gun for the first time when she was about 5.

People who don't think children should be allowed to shoot. There are actually some people that think a child should not learn to shoot a gun until they are at least 18. They should learn about sex when they are 6, but learn to defend themselves against someone with evil intent? Not until they have already been victimized numerous times and think that behavior is normal.

The poll is on the "International Edition" CNN page. Most Americans won't even notice it, so the results will be based mostly on the opinions of idiotic Europeans.

yes look it is rigged. it is saying only 125 people voted yes. I am sure we got that many votes from this site alone counting the lurkers.

Can't locate the poll....

Cnn polls are always down a ways on the right hand side. Also it is on the edition.cnn part of their site, not normal cnn.

They will change their minds once all those Muslims they let into Europe try to take over.

Based on current news of the lay offs at CNN you may not have to worry about that much longer. Of course, just keep them out of airports and hotel lobbies, the only place I ever see CNN being watched, and you should be fine. Come to think of it, maybe that, being watched only in hotel lobbies and airports, is the reason for the layoffs.
