Where would I find a BFA for a Chinese SKS? Is there such a thing? I read on another forum to just use the muzzle guide from the cleaning kit. This is a stupid idea as it will just blow off and hit the side of someones house.

You are right a bout the muzzle guide being a stupid idea. I knew some guys who tried it and it promptly flew off into a field, never to be found again. They DON'T sell BFAs for SKS rifles primarily because SKS don't come with threaded ends like AKs or AR15s. In the movie industry, they tap and drill into the barrel about 1 inch and thread it for a set screw with a smaller diameter hole in it. But that means drilling into the barrel. It doesn't affect accuracy if you do it right, but it does affect resale value as most gun owners aren't familiar with hollywood blank adapted weapons.

That's for putting a MALL NINJA flash hider or fake suppressor on a non threaded tip gun like the SKS. Using that for blank firing (especially with the powerful Russian 7.62x39 blanks) is simply foolish and dangerous.
