I was living in Arkansas, about a half hour trip south on 62/65 from Branson, Mo. Moved back to my home state last year, however.

All my family is up here. I really was just going to Arkansas to hang out and get away from my parents and let my girlfriend at the time see her mom. It was never intended to be long term, but I knocked her up, so that delayed the move back for about 3 years. Miss some things about it though, the Ozarks are amazing in the summer and fall.

There are at least 3 of us in the Virginia area and one more in Maryland. We should get together for a day of shooting, or because of the lack of freedom in DC and Maryland, we could just get together for lunch.

boy you guys missed a great shoot in ap in mo. had 22 shooters 3 days of blasting, campfires, and steaks.
oct is the next one. you really should try to come.

i'll be shooting in the petersburg area in july/aug if anyone wants to come down and meet at ft lee. they have a great skeet trap range there.

Most people here are long gun (AR/AK) or handgun shooters. I post the results of my trap results when I go, about every month or so, and get a few replies but shotguns in general do not generate a huge response. I keep hoping that as ammo prices drop the shooting discussions of all sorts will pick up.

Pretty much what ltorlo64 just posted. Most of the active members are into rifles or handguns. I've got shot guns but haven't used one for at least the last 20 years.

When I was working for real money I bought lolly pops, you know 4 5 6 7 8 00. All kinds.

Got a lot of 12g stuff before the 21 century.

I even have a clay thrower and a stash of clay's.

had another great time this april at my home in vanzant.
had 20 people, bbq, trophies, prizes, campovers, steaks in town.
sure wish you guys nearby would jump on the bandwagon and join us for a weekend.
if i got 10 guys from here, id even set up a cheap little tactical shotgun course for ya, with what i had laying around...as part of the fun.
