Been snowing all day. I had to work. 4 am to 12. Came home and plowed. Plowed, then plowed some more. There is so much my little 4 wheeler can't keep up with it. Was going to go skiing tomorrow. But, doubt that is going to happen.

Yeah, been snowing here off and on all day. Supposed to be 50 degrees tomorrow. Got a crew on a job in Barboursville today (near Huntington) just hope they can get back home tonight in good stead.

Don't you want some Global Warming right about now?

There is, well was an enormous oak down the road from me that fell this morning. I live down a end-of-the-line kind of gravelroad. Guys came out of the woodwork with chainsaws to hack it up. It was nearly four feet thick, but we had it gone in a couple hours. One guy brought a huge kubota. Lots of firewood for all of us.

i dont care.. It's not single digits out.

When I went to work yesterday at 0730 it was 0 out. Didn't hit 12 degrees until after lunch. Much better today in the 30's.

It didn't get above 9 degrees here, yesterday. This morning, at 0600, it was -3 outside. From there, it slowly rose to 37. It's supposed to reach upper 40's tomorrow, then be mostly below freezing all next week.

It's raining out now. Predicted to rain and be foggy most of the day tomorrow, then start heading back down into the 20's tomorrow night.

We were supposed to get snow today but so far nothing
Pretty descent day really got out to the woods and found a couple shed antlers
Still snow out there but made it easier to follow the trails
Might try tomorrow before it gets cold again

Well it warmed up today to 32! Thankfully we didn't get the freezing rain last night like we were supposed to. Going to wait for it to get light out to determine if we are going to go skiing or not. Likely hood is that we are not. The roads were crap yesterday. I can't imagine that they would be any better driving two hours to Snowshoe. Was looking forward to it. I will give my little (300 cc 4 wheeler) credit for doing what it could. We haven't had this much snow in YEARS!! The thing is 15 years old. My thoughts are that I might need a new one by next year.

It's all relative, just as it is every week, month, year.

Upper midwest got hit last year with what some of you guys are getting this year. We didn't whine...we rubbed some dirt on it and walked it off.

Stop being such pussies! :)

The upper Midwest should have snow. Below the Mason Dixon line we shouldn't have much if any. I'm lucky here in GA, my region hasn't had much bad winter weather, but the northern part of the state has had quite a bit of ice. Took all week to get power back to some of the citizens.

todays the warmest it's been in weeks, it's 48* warmer than it was last sunday. Seems were catching a break on temps later this week but we might get more snow .
