I cannot find any source for what kind of cases were found. Anyone know?

Fox had stated, the day after, that the cops picked up two .45 cases.

Is there any .45 auto (I'm guessing it was auto) "rifle" that is capable of shooting, with accuracy, from a distance of 200 yards?

If not, then some "witnesses" were mistaken that the sound came from the hill behind them (200 yards away).

If you listen to the crappy video I swear you will hear the bullets whizzing overhead. Seems that would not be pistol rounds.

Maybe the media doesn't differentiate between .45ACP and .45 Long Colt.

Is the distance 200 yards or 125? I can see a carbine 45 ACP making a 125 yard shot.

I keep hearing, on the radio, the distance being 200 yds. Don't know if that's right, or not....

I'm thinking more this than any other platform if it was in fact .45 acp

Did the crowd report bullets going overhead, that is a unique sound and not one easily forgotten or mistaken.

I've been hearing on both radio and TV newscasts that the shots supposedly came from about 125 yds. from the police line-up.

Sheeple - one of the protestors interviewed after the shooting stated that he heard at least one of the bullets "whiz" by his head.

According to this article, you may be right on the money. They found a .40 cal. handgun in the perp's car and the shell casings matched the casing found at the scene.

And, L1A1, your distance was correct, also...125 yds.

Here's the article on the arrest:

I'm not going to trust any information from the Propaganda Corps or supposed riot participants.

One is looking for something that supports their agenda, the other is looking for attention.
