Couldnt give these away even 2 years ago, ammo was dirt cheap too...
now.. unless you're blowing major $$ just buy prvi.



Never even shot this one , still has a lot of cosmo in the nooks and crannies . ammo is '38 nazi marked on nazi strippers...
Strippers for these have gone through the roof . There is a source of slings/bayonets but $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.




First time I took apart the bolt I made sure it was squeaky clean VS doing it again.

That's the prettiest M95 stock I've ever seen. Haven't shot it you say, expect 300 Win Mag like recoil if you touch it off someday. Just brutal! When I was a dealer I sold a ton of that old Nazi marked and Austrian headstamped ammo. It was a staple that sold steadily. I was surprised how many people owned one. I usually got that ammo from Century Arms International up in VT.

Arrgghh! Why would anybody do such a thing?! First it is defacing history and second, they must be masochists! The 8x56 Styer is brutal enough on recoil I can only guess what a .50 cal. cartridge doing 2100 fps is going to feel like. I guess it is a fairly low pressure round or let me say I hope it is. I've never been impressed by the bolt on that M95, not sure it is overly stout.

i had a chance to buy a sporterized version awhile back. would have been nice to rechamber in something common since the barrel was cut , BUT... the stock was bubba'd .

I use to own one of these but in the full length configuration. It was a beautifully made rifle. Could not find a single round of ammo for it anywhere around here so i traded it at a pawn shop for an antique box lock pistol in .45 percussion

Used to have one of these myself. Had it at the range one day and didn't realize the action screws had backed off. Ran a clip through it and on the last shot the stock cracked all the way from the tip of the forearm back into the action area. Glued it up with Gorilla Glue and brass dowels. Worked great as far as a repair. Ended up selling it to forum member Whostoknow.
